About the Campus School
The (journey of UHCS started in 1983) University Campus School was started during the academic year 1983-84 to cater to the needs of the children of the employees residing on the campus. The school was originally envisaged to be up to Primary level and run-on self-sufficient basis. Nearly 50% of the students are first generation learners. The campus school provides’ Quality Education’ at a nominal fee and extends this facility to the neighbourhood localities as a social obligation.
Presently, with a student strength of 600+ and a staff of 30, the school has grown to be a sought-after institution in and around the University Campus. The enthusiastic students and well-qualified and experienced staff are leaving no stone unturned in living up to the objectives of its establishment.
The Campus School located on the University Campus has many advantages. The foremost is the very presence of highly educated and morally and intellectually sensitive faculty and an atmosphere of learning and the quest for Knowledge. It is a great privilege for students who join the school, as UoH offers a complete education program from Kindergarten to PhD.
The school with its abundant greenery, serene and pollution free ambience bestows the child with an opportunity to grow both socially and physically.
